How do I order bespoke tokens on your website?
For any bespoke token requirements, please contact the office to discuss your needs with one of the dedicated team.
Can I use a purchase order number or do I have to pay online?
We only accept purchase order numbers from schools. Please enter your order number in at the checkout.
For businesses, please pay via credit card online.
How do I pay by Credit Card on your website?
Follow the steps provided, ensuring that you enter the correct name and billing address in that the card is registered to.
It is very important that you ensure to enter the correct address in as we will receive a notification form Worldpay stating that the address and postcode does not match and will therefore, have to contact you for the correct details. A refund will have to be given and we will have to retake your payment using the correct name and billings details.
How will I know what lead time my order has?
Once we receive your order, one of our dedicated team will advise you of your projected lead time.
How will I know that my goods have been despatched?
Once your order is ready for despatch, we will advise you of the delivery details. We use a next day courier service and your goods, once ready for despatch will be delivered anytime up to 4pm on the next working day.
How can I track my order?
We will email you the tracking details of your order along with your despatch confirmation.
