What shapes are available?

Most of our tokens are circular and of varying sizes and designs. We also offer star-shaped tokens as standard. However, these are by no means the only shapes on offer; our custom service allows you to personalise not only the design on the face of the tokens, but the shape, size and thickness of the tokens themselves. What sizes are available?

We have three standard diameter sizes for our tokens:

• 25mm
• 35mm
• 48mm

Look at the comparison table below to understand how the tokens may look in your hand:

25mm	A UK ten pence piece has a diameter of 24.5mm.
35mm	This is the size of a man’s standard circular-shaped watch.
48mm	These tokens are slightly larger than a standard Oreo biscuit, which measures around 45mm.

Star-shaped tokens also have a diameter of 48mm.

Our customisation service means it is possible to produce different shapes, sizes, and thickness on your required token.

What designs are available?

At TokensFor, we offer a range of standard designs for the surface of the token. These embossed options range from numerals, text and imagery.  Our standard tokens can be customised with any of the other standard designs; for example, a ‘House Point’ front paired with a ‘Smiley Face’ reverse. All tokens come in a range of colours.

We also include a bespoke printing service, making the choice of design almost limitless.

House point		The house point system is a popular pupil reward system used in schools throughout the UK.
Smiley face		Featuring a smiley face on one side, these tokens are perfect as praise points.
Sad face		For those times when you need to convey displeasure.
Well done!		A more explicit means of praising pupils.
Voting (1 token)		These can be used to great effect alongside token collectors to allow children a vote on certain decisions. The collector lets pupils monitor the progress of the voting process.
One free drink		Great for field trips or simply to keep order in the lunchroom.
Meal token		Perfect for taking cash out of the equation. These tokens can be exchanged for money before an event, removing the issue of children losing their cash.
Currency token		Another safe means of exchange at large events without the need for handling cash. Tokens come as 50p, £1 and £5.
Star		Great for conveying extra special praise or signifying a major achievement.

Personalising designs

TokensFor can personalise both the shape of your token and the embossed design it carries.

Designs can be embossed either on one side or both. We also offer a high-quality printing service that allows you to use customised designs on the tokens of your choice. For more information about printed tokens, click here.

What types of collector do you offer?

The right collector can make all the difference. Having the correct size of collector means the level of tokens placed inside it rises steadily, allowing pupils to follow their own progress or that of their house/team. The wrong collector (especially one that is too big) will fail to show any clear advancement over time and can make the system appear lacklustre and unengaging.
